An additional Medicinal Herb might prove useful here with the additional rooms.Same as above, except for 16 food, 2 shovels, and 12 torches.
8 Torches – This should be enough to keep the torch level above 75 for the entire duration, though keep one in case you find the Curio, Pile of Scrolls. 1 Holy Water – Two Curios use these: Eldritch Altar and Pile of Bones. 1 Skeleton Keys – Two Curios use these: Heirloom Chest and Ancient Artifact. 2 Medicinal Herbs– Three Curios use these: Moonshine Barrel, Dinner Cart, and Makeshift Dining Table. Bring extra bandages or heals to offset the bleed. Most of the enemies here have high blight resist, so perhaps you should leave your Plague Doctor at the Hamlet. 1 Bandage – One Curio in the Warrens, although there is a chance of bleeding here with the Swine Chopper. 0 Antivenom – No Curios in the Warrens, and the chances of being getting blight is low. While this can be used for a few curios, not being prepared for an obstacle is pretty punishing. 1 Shovel – Hold onto this in case there’s an obstacle. 
Just make sure you have enough Medicinal Herbs to use the Curio!
8 Food – I would even be tempted to take only 4 food, simply because of the Curio, Dinner Cart.
